The ingredients we use are all sourced locally.  Some even come from our own garden.

Come in and try one of our signature dishes.  There’s the local line caught whole fish cooked to perfection  topped with our famous dry curry sauce and crispy basil or our wok tossed roast duck with curry paste, chili and basil.

IT’S A FAMILY AFFAIR.

Spice it up Thai is owned and operated by Matt & Elle Jackson and has been operating in the Byron Shire since 2008.

Head Chef Matt and his team specialise in authentic Thai food – the real taste of Thailand. With more than 20 years experience including working in Thailand, the team at Spice It Up have proudly set a tantalising menu of traditional Thai dishes using local fresh produce and seafood.

The Spice it up team has expanded to include a team of western chefs.  This allows them to cater to all tastes, offering a selection of favourite Australian dishes.
